A journey through Forensic Accounting service overview
Forensic Accounting is a service that most people have heard of but few understand. The brief was to create a resource that could work for two very different audiences: internal advisors who needed a clear reference point, and clients who needed to understand what the service actually involved without feeling overwhelmed.
The format decision was deliberate. Rather than a static document or a dense PDF, the experience was designed to feel like a familiar website: page by page navigation, a clear visual hierarchy, and content broken into digestible sections that users could move through at their own pace. The goal was to make complex financial concepts feel approachable without oversimplifying them.
The core design challenge was pacing. Too much information per screen and the audience switches off. Too little and the content loses credibility. Every section was structured to deliver one clear idea at a time, using visual cues and layout to guide the reader forward without pressure.
The outcome was a resource that could be handed directly to clients or used internally by advisors, with neither audience feeling like it was made for someone else. Client-facing advisors found it particularly effective as a conversation tool, helping clients understand the service without needing a lengthy explanation upfront.
